How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers acting on our behalf under contract: website hosting, database and email infrastructure, analytics, and customer communication tools.
• Transaction participants where necessary to complete a transaction you have engaged us for: lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and cooperating brokerages.
• Our supervising brokerage and affiliated brands where relevant to the services you request.
• Legal and safety disclosures: when required by law, subpoena, regulator, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Communications and Text Messaging

By providing a phone number you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from us about your inquiry and related services, including via automated systems where permitted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional messages about an active transaction may continue.

Cookies, Analytics and Your Choices

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics storage is disabled by default under Google Consent Mode until you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Data Security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and thereafter as required by North Carolina real estate record-retention rules and other applicable law. Inquiry records for prospects who never engage us are generally retained for up to 36 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, and to opt out of marketing. California residents may also request disclosure of categories collected, disclosed, or sold (we do not sell), and are entitled not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
